Hey, guys, and welcome to forgottentales's Player Introduction post for our first batch of public registrations!. Thanks to everyone who has joined so far, and looking forward for those who may come later!

To keep the OOC spam to a minimum, everyone can use this post for to say hello and introduce themselves, and for current players to greet them, especially as public registration goes on! Be sure to include your name, what character(s) your bringing, their essences, a little about themselves, and share your contact if you'd like! And you can put in whatever you want so just have fun /o/

Hello, I am Chicklet. Bringing you Nadeshiko And Nagihiko Fujisaki from Shugo Chara. Here there be spoilers, you have been warned. I'm using the 12 huntsmen for them. So this is going to be all kinds of odd and interesting.

I am looking forward to playing with all of you soon. And please do not mind if Nadeshiko thinks of your character as a toy. That means she likes them. >.<

P.S. When regains happen you guys will also maybe be able to meet their charas, Temari (pictured) and Rhythm.

I don't think you have to worry too much about spoilers, haha! Man I remember Shugo Character from years ago and we're already a pretty relaxed game. So just talk about your character to your heart's content! I will be very intrigued by how Fujisaki adapts to the environment, especially with the dual personas.

Hiiiiii everyone. <3 So I'm Corrine (most people call me Cori), here bringing you a happy little bundle of sunshine named Daryn! He comes from the Pillars of Eternity games, and is a druid that doubles as what's called a Watcher. Which, like. tl;dr he sees dead people, is yelled at by dead people, and ferries them to their setting's equivalent of the afterlife. He can also look into the souls of living people and see not only their true selves, but also their past lives and memories.

He can't do any of that here, though, which is both sad for him and something he might end up being a little bit grateful for. He's also bringing a big fluffy wolf friend with him, and Daryn will be pleasantly surprised to find said wolf less dead and spirit-y than he used to be.

Daryn will be the resident Snow Queen, being everything that his Essence is not, and I'm looking forward to playing with everyone! :> Please let me know if you'd like for any of the tdm threads to carry over in game (I would definitely love all of them, honestly), and feel free to add me on plurk at atomictango!

Hello! I'm Ash, and I'm bringing in another Watcher XD. Evora is cool, serious, and hard to get close to, unless you're an animal or a child. Which makes her rather opposite of her brother.

Oh, yes. So for a intents and purposes, Evora and Daryn will consider each other siblings, for lack of a better term. Twins, of different ages, different parents, and different races, because they actually have the same soul. It's complicated. Ask them about it.

She doesn't get any of her extensive soul magic, which she may consider a mixed bag, on how she feels about it. Her Essence is the Swan Princess, and if and wants to be useful, she's going to have to make some friends. Which I'm very excited about!

We have another pair of characters we like to refer to as "twins" because they are practically the same with their interests (Rokurou and Musashi). So not quite as "literal" as Evora and Daryn, but yay twin party?

I'll figure out who to throw at her at some point. I have three, I have options—lmao. But looking forward to seeing how she does in the story realm!

Anyway, Kotori here is... absolutely normal. Seriously, she's a high school student from a cooking slice of life manga. She LOVES food and is trying to improve on her cooking, but she also has a fear of kitchen knives, especially at her current canon point. Being sent into a magical world to try and FIGHT and recreate stories has been interesting, but she's starting to gain her stride.

Hello Ash! I'm Frankie. My character is an animal I guess? I mean, she's definitely a duck, she's just a person-duck. Her name is Della Duck and she's from the DuckTales reboot, incidentally - and she's a character who is always up for the challenge of making a tricky friendship work, so that could be useful here. (And by "up for the challenge" I mean... She's dumb and doesn't realize she's bothering people.) Mind if I add you on Plurk?

Ugh, still so sleepy, but hello! I'm VG or aF or even call me Demi, and I'm bringing to this wonderful game Naomi Kimishima from Trauma Team. She's calm and rather aloof most of the time, but witty and sarcastic others... unless you get on her bad side.

As many already know, her Essence is going be to the Sea Witch from "The Little Mermaid". Her mermaid nature is very jellyfish-like with stringers if necessary, and a quirk that makes her required to grant a wish if it's truly what the heart desires. Just remember, wishing for things like love or immortal souls (for some folk) can result in possible death situations...

However, if you're not looking for that, she can make other potions, take a small peek into the immediate future, and shift to walk on land. Also, if need be, she is a mom in canon and can mom characters. Befriending is always an option! Anyway, looking forward to playing with you all, and hit me up on plurk: demidemonLove!

And this is Elma, from the greatest game never played, Xenoblade Chronicles X; a capable leader and skilled fighter who... has a lot more to her than she lets on. So of course, her essence is Scheherazade, meaning she'll be telling you guys a lot of stories whether she means to or not.

I'm running a BIT slow because my mom just had surgery, but that's all worked out and I look forward to diving on in!

Hi, Dragon! I'm LWP, FT's helper mod and the mun for the sole normal human in the game. Kotori is from Sweetness and Lightning, which is basically Chicken Soup for the Soul in that it's about Kotori, her teacher, and his preschool daughter learning how to cook together. And her essence is from a shorter and lesser-known Grimm tale called Sweet Porridge, so she more or less always carries a magical donabe pot with her.

Hello, I'm Frankie! (dolewhip) I know a few of you already, but I'm excited to get to know and play with all of you. And to do that, I'm bringing in Della Duck - mother and pilot. She's a wonderful dumbass with no impulse control, as the username suggests, and a lot of heart and pluck.

Her essence is Icarus of Greek Mythology - flew too close to the sun and all that. So Della's going to look a little different: she's got functional wings growing from her arms. It's weird, but also kind of not? I mean, she is a duck.

His essence is The Ugly Duckling, and considering the start of the game is pretty dang similar to the story... Yeah, he might feel a bit down about that. Plus side: being able to fly with real wings.

Hey hey, this is CS, our resident Roxas, coming in with a new character to try out! This is Red XIII, also known as Nanaki, from Final Fantasy VII. He will be coming in post-Advent Children, for those curious on his canon point.

Red XIII will be coming in as Bagheera from Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book, and essentially he's going to slowly become a law mage of sorts with his Essence powers. I'm eager to see him interact with all these two-folk people, and see how people react to him.

Eyyy, this is Kyio, player for Miyamoto Musashi! I've added a second to my roster - Android 21, from Dragon Ball FighterZ!

She's a very gentle lady most of the time, and a big time foodie, though also a little socially naive. She's a researcher first and foremost, but can fight via martial arts if needed. In fact, she even has a transformed state to make it a little easier for her to move around! But due to unstable cells used in her creation, will occasionally get extremely nasty towards others when she's hungry.

Thankfully, the hunger issue won't be present here! Instead, that nastiness will occur when she's interrupted from her thoughts or work, thanks to her Essence, Victor Frankenstein. Double-blessing there in that the nastiness will be a slow building thing, thanks to her canon point (post-ending of the Android 21 arc). It's fine, she's fine, everything's fine.

Hello all.

I'm Xae and I was here briefly a few months ago with the same character - also known as Velvet Crowe from Tales of Berseria. Life got stressful so I had to bow out but I've returned. Velvet will be reprising her role of Big Bad Wolf (Red Riding Hood style) essence. For any who know her canon, she'll be post-game essentially so there's nothing left for her to do. And she will remember her time here, though I'm not sure she met many characters then.

Still, I look forward to playing with all of you. As a note, she does have a set of black wolf ears and a wolf tail - also heightened senses. And she can turn into a full wolf so there's that. Seeing as how I didn't hit up the new workshop, you can find her info over here at her profile.
