Welcome everyone to our CR Meme! Everyone new and old is invited to fill out the form and make a thread discussing what they'd like to do with their characters in their time here. Feel free to comment around and plot with each other! We're in sandbox mode, so everyone is free to chill and do whatever until our next campaign.

Character: Fuuka Yamagishi
Canon: Persona 3 Portable
Essence: Princess | East of the Sun & West of the Moon
Brief Personality: Fuuka is currently secure in her abilities, but she grew from a place of deep rooted insecurity and fear of disappointment. This still creeps through when life gets particularly hard. Still, even at her lowest point, she can't help but strive to be helpful. Whatever small thing she can do, she will do it, if only to feel useful. This part of her personality shines best in hard times, but on a day to day has led to her causing more trouble for those she's trying to help.

Above all else, Fuuka is diligent and disciplined. Failure doesn't stop her, even if it sometimes should. She does better when motivated by those around her, but is able to push through on her own if needed. However, now that she has gotten used to a large friend group, being alone is no longer as appealing as it once was. She feels strongest in a group, supporting those around her. Without a group, she begins to feel lost and begins to grasp at anything that might bring her loved ones back to her.

The princess from East & West loses her husband because her sisters stir up her curiosity to look at him and see what he looks like. This leads her on a quest to finding him, which requires some even more curiosity on what could happen if she pursued him. She seems to be ever seeking truth, openly asking the creatures and people she meets where she needs to go.

Fuuka thus inherits this curiosity! She now actively explores areas, no matter how anxious or scared she is. When she sees strange people or things, she will attempt to figure them out, occasionally leaving tact behind. She also seeks out knowledge of the world and the stories she is now witness to. This impulse to explore and know the truth of things is admirable, but will most likely get her into more trouble then she's used to.

Appearance: Her usual outfits |She is very petite, being thin, and only 5 feet tall, and overall does not have a strong presence. She usually dresses modestly, in cute, feminine clothes that have some kind of blue, green, or teal on them. Her teal hair is cut very short, but since she gained her Essence it keeps growing past her shoulders every week. She is currently keeping up with cutting up, but who knows how long she will do that. Her brown eyes also seem to have taken on a teal color in certain light.
Abilities: Since the princess from the story is carried by the winds where she needs to go, Fuuka gains the ability to control the winds. Or, more accurately, gains the ability to communicate with the wind to convince it to help her. At the start, it seems to only respond in a teasing way or only when she is absolute danger. As time passes, and she learns to better communicate with it, she will gain more control and understand how to best utilize it.

She also has in her possession three magical items, which are the three gifts the princess received on her search for the prince and which she gives to the troll princess to finally see the prince again; a golden apple, a golden carding comb, and golden spinning wheel. However, now, they hold even more magic to be more useful to her.

Golden apple: An apple that glows and can be used as a light. If eaten can heal someone completely.
Carding Comb: If used on an animal can heal them of non-fatal wounds.
Spinning wheel: Can be used to make an endless thread which can be used to trace your steps. Like tying it to the beginning of a maze and holding the other end.

She can also 'trade' them to achieve a goal (such as tossing the apple to distract an Eraser or having a badly injured individual eat it) but at the cost of losing the item forever. Still, there may come a time when she'll have to choose between the items and someone's life..

Currently: She is currently trying to get a handle on her Essence powers, while also exploring the world.
Future Ideas: I would love for her to come into her own in terms of her powers and what to do with her golden items. But I want her to get into a lot of shenanigans along the way. Thanks to her curiosity quirk, she's going to be sticking her nose in places she probably shouldn't, and I would love to see those situations play out.
Shipping: Junpei and Fuuka are endgame for me, but Fuuka doesn't realize that yet. So, I think it'd be fun anyone wanted to explore some romance with Fuuka or just kind of flirt around. Maybe even make Junpei feel a bit uneasy, though he doesn't know why yet, lol.

Location: She lives just outside the city by a lake.
What does it look like?: This is a compact, two story house, with a rather wild looking yard. There are a lot of windows, which allows for a lot of sun. The interior is always neat and tidy, though the kitchen always seems to be in some form of disarray. Fairly minimalist, besides shelves upon shelves of books of all types. Outback is a workbench with various tools and strange items Fuuka has come across she wants to fiddle with.

Extra Fun Things: Weird and random plants grow in the yard; no amount of landscaping seems to keep it "respectable" looking, so she just enjoys what it provides. Most are tasty or beautiful, but occasionally some have weird side effects or taste like shoes. All in all, a very exciting place to live.
Business: No business yet, though she wouldn't mind finding a way to provide aid to others via exploration or fixing items.

Seeking: Mostly wanting folks she can get into shenanigans with because of her new impulsive curiosity, and for her to find a new group she can pal around with.
Offering: Fuuka is a very caring individual and wants to be helpful to others beyond all else, even when she's scared or anxious. She also sees the best in people, and wants the best for them too. She's also seeking truth and knowledge, so if you want someone to explore...she'll be down.
Not Interested In: Not really looking for hyper violence or trauma, but otherwise I'm open to discussing most things.

If Fuuka lives by a lake, she might live near Crane. Crane's trying to keep his true form a secret, but if Fuuka ever gets curious about maybe seeing a bird around a cabin by the lake, that could definitely lead to some interesting interactions.
