Welcome everyone to our CR Meme! Everyone new and old is invited to fill out the form and make a thread discussing what they'd like to do with their characters in their time here. Feel free to comment around and plot with each other! We're in sandbox mode, so everyone is free to chill and do whatever until our next campaign.

Character: Roxas
Canon: Kingdom Hearts
Essence: The Little Mermaid | The Little Mermaid
Brief Personality: Roxas is rather friendly and curious about the world, and is fiercely loyal to his friends. He doesn't know a lot of things that others may know, but he's eager to learn. He can also be cocky, a tad arrogant, and rather quick to anger. He can also be prone to melancholy or introspection at times. Overall, he is a good-meaning kid who just wants to live his own life and experience things on his own terms.
Appearance: Canon attire. He has gained webbed ears and sharper teeth, which is evident both in human form and in merman form. He also has a tendency to hum or sing to himself, thanks to his Essence.
Abilities: First and foremost, Roxas has developed the ability to transform into a merman whenever he goes into the water. At his current level, his clothes magically disappear and reappear whenever he transforms to and from his merman form, and he can withstand frigid waters for up to two hours. Secondly, Roxas can use his singing as a conduit for magic. By singing various songs, he can create various magical effects, from the traditional siren's lure, to buffs and enchantments, to offensive spells. As a branch-off of this magic song ability, Roxas can manipulate water using the power of his voice and form it into a weapon that can be wielded. The weapon is strong enough to service as an effective combat weapon. He can wield two weapons at once, and often shapes the weapons into his signature Keyblades, Oathkeeper and Oblivion. He can also use his ability when he isn't near a body of water, but only if there is significant moisture in the air, such as rain or fog.

Currently: Currently he's doing pretty well! He went back home and got canon-updated to the end of Kingdom Hearts 3, so he's enjoying being a Real Boy once again! He's made friends with a number of people here already, and has had about a year to get settled in this place, so he's pretty adept at how things in the Index goes.
Future Ideas: He'd like to see just how far he can push his Essence powers, as well as helping others with their own. He's pretty skilled in combat, so if any newcomers needed help with anything combat related he'd be up for helping them! Also, a big thing he wants to work on is his education; he wants to read more stories in the Index's library, since most of them he's not familiar with, as well as learn more about things he just didn't know about during his time as a Nobody.
Shipping: As of right now Roxas is currently developing some ~feelings~ for his new friend Kotori, and isn't 100% sure what all these new emotions are. He might need some help navigating them. That being said, he takes friendships rather seriously too, so he's up for making new friends or developing friendships with those he already knows!

Housing/Business:

• Location: On the shore of a lake just outside of town. The lake feeds into a river that allows him to reach both the town proper and the ocean, should he choose to travel by water.

• Extra Fun Things: Within the house's basement there is a hatch that leads to a wide, water-filled tunnel. This tunnel is wide enough to swim through and is connected to the lake, so it can be used as a second entrance into the house. Roxas has no problem swimming through this tunnel since he can breathe underwater, but it might be a bit daunting for normal people. There is also a small attic with a window that leads to the rooftop, which is a nice place to sit and get away for a bit, as well as a magical ice box in the kitchen that works as well as a modern freezer.
  
• Business:Roxas has been befriending a couple local musical groups, and he's slowly growing a repertoire of songs he knows, so if you need a musician for whatever reason, he's willing to help! He also uses a skateboard (regain item) to go around making deliveries for people in town as well.

Seeking: Anything and everything! Roxas is the kind of person who can make friends or enemies, so I'm honestly open to any kind of CR, good or bad.
Offering: Same as above! Good, bad, shaky, awkward, you name it, I can offer it! Honestly if we just discuss it beforehand I'll even offer the chance for Roxas to get a little beaten up if it comes to blows!
Not Interested In: Usually just extreme stuff like intense torture/gore/etc. I'm open to most ideas so long as they're discussed first, so as mentioned above, just discuss it with me first and we can see what we should avoid!

So, earlier I'd had an idea that being Hermes and all (and his canon's schtick with receiving regular postcards), Gobo could have a delivery business of his own. LWP mentioned Roxas and a potential team-up, so what do you think? X3 One of Gobo's abilities is that he (or specifically, someone he's leading) can't get lost, could come in handy Roxas~

Oooh, I like this! The two of them teaming up to be the Index's mail delivery service sounds like fun!
