Welcome everyone to our CR Meme! Everyone new and old is invited to fill out the form and make a thread discussing what they'd like to do with their characters in their time here. Feel free to comment around and plot with each other! We're in sandbox mode, so everyone is free to chill and do whatever until our next campaign.

Character: Kotori Iida
Canon: Sweetness and Lightning
Essence: Little Girl | Sweet Porridge
Brief Personality: On the surface, Kotori is a shy, easily anxious and flustered, completely ordinary teenage girl who looks (and sometimes still feels) VERY out of place on a magical isekai to help save the world. But underneath is a somewhat lonely heart looking for people to care for, and a VERY enthusiastic passion for food, with an appetite and sometimes encyclopedic knowledge to match. (And it’s not a quirk too, she COMES with the constant snacking and gushing about food.) She can even have a surprising (even to her) impulsive streak at times, especially when it comes to helping out others. The only thing really holding her back from being a great and confident chef is a fear of kitchen knives, stemmed from cutting herself when she was younger.
Appearance: Since her story is so short, she hasn’t inherited much from her Essence in terms of looks, so the long, straight black hair and deep blue/blue-green eyes are natural. Her Essence has her dress in slightly tattered peasant dresses, but somehow her aprons are always pristine. She also wears contacts (thank goodness for stocking up on solution and magical pharmacists), but she also has a pair of glasses; it’s about a 60/40 balance between which she wears. One last feature to note is that she always has a bandage around her left ring finger, near the tip, from where she cut herself years ago.
Abilities: Kotori doesn’t have much in the way of direct powers, but her Essence grants her a magical cooking pot, the specs of which (yes, this thing has specs, and a recipe list) can be found here. The food it makes also has mild healing properties, and if it overflows, Kotori’s appetite and metabolism will spike in order to help eat the excess. (Haven’t played with that much, though, I should fix that sometime...)

Currently: Since Kotori’s a part of the very first batch of Aspects the Storyteller recruited, she’s settling into the setting a bit more and not freaking out AS often about magic and fighting and the high stakes, and forming stronger friendships with others. Now if only she could get over that pesky knife phobia...
Future Ideas: The next couple months should be somewhat chill. Kotori will have a small canon update (which I’m mostly handwaving due to vacation, but she’ll let people know she’s going, ROXAS). When she gets back, lots of cooking get togethers with people, a run-in with Hyde, and some combat training with Della (guest starring a totally human kung fu master) that she still has no idea how she got herself roped into. (And other things, buuuuut they involve next campaign, huehuehue~)
Shipping: WELP. Apparently this girl isn’t a single-target sexuality like canon had me believe after all. Instead, she has three freaking simultaneous crushes on Roxas, Shizuo, and Hunk, AND a canon crush on her teacher back home. Aaaand doing her best to just... tap them all down, because she has no idea what she’s doing and the situation here is complicated and at least in Inuzuka-sensei and Shizuo’s cases she’s currently too young for them. (This useless cutie...) She might be pretty obvious to the observant, though, if you want to lightly tease her about it.

Location: In the city, just on the edge of the commercial district.
What does it look like?: It’s an abandoned pub in the middle of town, which due to the previous owners is conveniently cauldron-shaped. And since copy-pasting on an iPad is evil, I’m going to link Kotori’s profile again for people to peruse. Tada!
Extra Fun Things: It’s not on her profile yet, but after the Little Mermaid wraps up, I’m planning on the medieval style kitchen a makeover into something more Victorian and cozy. X3
Business: So far, the pub is just a house and a place for informal cooking lessons with Kotori’s friends. Buuuuut I have some plans for after the next campaign~

Seeking: Friends, cooking buddies, (people to tease her about her love life), neighbors especially. (Why does everyone live in the woods?!) Basically just people to hang out with and share tasty food.
Offering: A shy but caring teenage girl, a healer/damsel in distress for more action-based threads, and lots of really good food and even free-ish cooking lessons. She’s also willing to try and teach newer Aspects with similar powers how to use them.
Not Interested In: Save for Hyde, I’d like to avoid any intense negative CR right off the bat. Plus really, Kotori’s a cinnamon roll, why would you pick on her?
