Welcome everyone to our CR Meme! Everyone new and old is invited to fill out the form and make a thread discussing what they'd like to do with their characters in their time here. Feel free to comment around and plot with each other! We're in sandbox mode, so everyone is free to chill and do whatever until our next campaign.

Character: Ryotaro Dojima
Canon: Persona 4 Golden
Essence: King Arthur | Arthurian Legend
Brief Personality: An hardboiled, mildly depressed detective with the emotional intelligence of a brick and a heart of gold, Dojima's kind of gruff 'dad' type figure. He cares a lot about the people he's taken a shine to, but he's not one to hold back from helping anyone in need. Kind of a 'do as I say, not as I do' type, because he'll tell you to stay safe and then throw himself into the fray...
Appearance: He normally looks like this, a typical salt of the earth plain clothes detective with a constant 5 o'clock shadow. But he showed up in the Index wearing this, which he hates because it makes SO MUCH NOISE. He's more likely to wear something like this now, which is a compromise between his tastes and Arthur's.
Abilities: He's has police training, some martial arts (as is required by japanese polic men) and trained and license to handle guns. Thanks to his connection with King Arthur, he can now ride a horse comfortably, and wield the magical Excalibur. He also learned recently he can summon a manifestation of a Knight of the Round table to help fight with him. Or just save his ass as a meat shield (Sorry, Gawain...).

Currently: He's been able to settle in surprisingly well, considering how out of his element he is. He's made... friends?? Adult acquaintances at least, as well as looking after the younger kids. However, he got pretty beaten up during the last story-- fighting Disciple's 'Hyde' Personality without knowing about the super strength and speed and claws left his ribs in a rough state. He's still getting used to seeing all these duck people around, too; a pragmatic man takes a while to accept the absurd after all. Probably his biggest issue however, is still dealing with the repressed issues he has from the end of Persona 4... and how that leaks into his own behavior unknowingly.
Future Ideas: The man needs proper sword lessons, and maybe a work out buddy. He 'knows' how to fight thanks to Arthur's essence, but really mastering it will take some work to feel like it's his own. And you know... maybe... dealing with all that repressed emotions thing. ~~Where's Souji when you need him...~~
Shipping: He's kinda a widower single father, who's wife died in a hit and run he hasn't been able to solve yet, plus again, emotional intelligence of a brick, so if you're willing to climb up THOSE complications...

Flirting is always encouraged though. Dojima is hilarious when he's flustered.

Housing/Business:

Location: His house is just a bit outside the main part of the city, on the side of a small-ish lake.
What does it look like?: He's got a pretty nice castle-y looking home with a bridge to connect it to the land, and a stable for his horse. He's still getting used to such a big place for himself, compared to his modest home in Inaba.

Extra Fun Things: He wouldn't mind having neighbours, tho considering some of the people he knows now, that may not be a good idea...
Business: He's probably going to join the Guards who work in the Index. He can't stay out of work for long, and his detective instincts won't stay sharp if he just lays around uselessly.

Seeking: FRIENDSHIP, people who can pry into him and actually get him to talk about what the fuck was happening in Inaba before he arrived here, actually get to find out about his life, daughter and nephew and the fucked up casefile he had been working on. Also work out buddies so he can actually take on Hyde if need be. Maybe teach him how to cook...?
Offering: Does your character need a dad? He can probably fill in the void, if a bit awkwardly. Or just a drinking buddy.
Not Interested In: I don't mind negative CR, though I'd like to talk it out first! Not really interested in having him killed, though roughed up is perfectly fine.

Character: Junpei Iori
Canon: Persona 3 Portable (FeMC Storyline, Post Game)
Essence: The Prince | West of the Sun, East of the Moon
Brief Personality: A class clown mood maker who hides his insecurities behind a grin and a smile. He truly cares for his friends and though he wants to play the hero at times, he ultimately just wants to do what's right. He's not the brightest bulb in the box, but he's by far one of the most loyal and determined.
Appearance: Two things you'll always notice about Junpei; he's nearly always wearing a baseball cap, and he has this bit of chin scruff that he never shaves. He tends to wear pretty casual but nice looking clothing when he's not wearing his school uniform. In his prince form, he looks like this! It's cool, but he misses his baseball cap.
Abilities: Junpei will be able to turn into a bear! A polar bear to be exact. Though at first... it'll be a sanrio-like mascot bear cub. Which he hates, because how is that useful to fight?! He also gains bear ears on the top of his head when he gets emotional. He loses his ability to summon his Persona, Trismegistus, and thus his regen ability, single target fire skills and strong physical/buffing skills. He can still fight with a 'sword' (actually fights like a baseball player), and he's gained a minor fire immunity, but also a severe weakness to sleeping related spells, potions or sleepy time teas.

Currently: Junpei's just going to be getting used to the Index and figure out his powers, and getting used to not having his persona anymore. Jobs are kinda not on hsi mind.
Future Ideas:The boy needs friends, mentors and maybe a therapist honest, not that he'd say that. Also someone to teach him out to fight properly with a sword, and not like a baseball player.
Shipping: Becca already mentioned it, but Junpei's a dumb teenage boy who tends to act flirty at times, so don't be surprised if he compliments the cute girls around town. However, turn the compliments back on him and he sure gets sheepish...

Housing/Business:

Location: His castle will suddenly appear in the city! Sure, in the 'nice' district, but still close enough to get to the main drag easily.
What does it look like?: His Castle looks like this! Pure white to emulate the look of snow and ice, but not cold.
Extra Fun Things:There tends to always be snow on the ground by his house, or rainfall will quickly turn to snow. Also, Ice Statues that somehow never melt...?

Seeking: FRIENDSHIP, mentorship, surrogate family after all the shit he dealt with during Persona 3 Portable
Offering: FRIENDSHIP WITH A LOYAL BUT ANNOYING FRIEND. He can also talk sense into people sometimes, he's oddly astute when he needs to be.
Not Interested In: Negative CR is fine, but I'd like to talk things out all the same, please feel free to ask me anything!
