[Yet she can rub her eyes a million times and-- she definitely just saw that. A cat. Wearing boots. Running off with someone's stuff no less! A cat with a penchant for petty burglary is just something she cannot abide by. Powers or no, she can't just sit by while it takes off.]

[Marinette isn't bad on her feet when she's focused. It tries, but it can't outrun her. Eventually the two come to a standstill.]
I don't have time to play with you kitty-- just drop the bag and no one has to get hurt.
[Unfortunately she doesn't know it knows magic and she might have just bitten off more than she can chew.]

[A deep, heavy sigh fills the library. It's a nice essence-- and the story isn't a bad one. No, if anything it would be fantastic under normal circumstances. It's incredibly romantic and has a good ending after all. She only wishes hers could be as lovely and grand. But it brings forth one terribly painful reminder.]
Who cares about being a princess if my prince isn't even here to see it?
[That's not the only worry on her mind but it's hard for it not to be the first when this essence is basically throwing romance in her face?]
