Sora has his own Essence to practice. Thankfully it doesn't involve a bow and arrow but instead two sets of guns. He's not terrible at using weapons of this nature seeing as how one of his Keyblades does change into similar weapons, but practice never hurt anyone.

When he comes upon someone else doing target practice, he stands back to watch for a minute. She's good. All of her arrows having not only hit the target but straight in the middle.

He approaches, casually putting both hands behind his head. "You're pretty good. Maybe I should be taking lessons from you."
