[Though not the Spider himself, Oswald was assisting the Spider almost passively in the beginning. When the worse traps begin, that's when he ascends to help, quite familiar with tall tower climbs and even fighting.]
[When the Blots and Erasers make their appearance, he was at them without hesitating, hands partially turned to claws in order to rip. Flies that are out of reach were met with projectiles, spent traps torn apart as Oswald threw the pieces to guard the path.]
