So, as you probably know, Luca's suffers from untreatable brain damage which results in memory problems and headaches. I haven't really played with the headaches too often, so would it be safe to say the sudden onset of the Hyde/Sixten personalities might trigger migranes and temporary lapses in memory for poor Luca? I want to disorient him a little!
Follow up question: When he does lapse into either sixten or hyde, is it okay if he gets himself confused with his essence? Like, he forgets his name for a second and either calls himself "Sindbad the Sailor" or "The Count" (these were both aliases the Count used in the original story). This will clear up when he comes to his senses. He might not remember what he did as Sixten or Hyde.
