Hmmm since she won't have her canon abilities... But I think we can have some similar ones. Since Astraea is all about purity and justice, she could gain some purification abilities, including healing. And she could still use a ribbon as a kind of "weapon" tool so can adapt things to that! Maybe divine protection powers could also be an option?

Maybe being able to detect evil auras...? Hmmm.
