It's such a tough choice even now lmao. I do really like the Shadow power stuff, even if picking Nyarly would make him basically a Persona god among perfect shape shifting abilities that he does have in canon.

I do think the Justice side fits very well with Shadow since he was a crime lord before, also if I add some of the movie and radio powers, it does include the ability to be invisible (except if you shine a light on him because he's just clouding a mind) and also his face morphs a little when he goes Shadow (his nose gets more angular that would be great nod to crow)
