Player: Sailor G Character: Keith | Little Red Riding Hood Essence Info: The title character of her own story, Little Red learns the hard way not to trust strangers in the woods and let oneself get distracted while traveling alone. Interested Essences: - King Arthur: The story of a chosen leader, Keith kind of ended up in the same spot in his own canon by being picked by the Black Lion. Also, the whole idea of "Paladin" and "Knight" goes along with his own canon as well. (Lancelot got Guinevere in this version... kind of.) I see Arthur as kind of a D&D Paladin class, having the Holy Sword idea, so smiting Blots and Erasers could kind of be fun for Keith. Especially since he'd have a real sword now... not a bread sword from his basket. - The Grinch: Keith is a grumpy loner like the Grinch who, thanks to some friends, learns the value of friendship and connecting. I have no idea what I'd do powers-wise, so I'm open to ideas. - Huntsman: Swapping roles in his own fairy tale could be fun. Keith is very much the protective type. Give him an axe or a bow and arrows and watch him try to figure that one out. (Hint: Thanks to the essence, it's not as hard as he thought, but he loses the skill once things are back to normal. Watch out for arrows around town as he tries to figure that out again later.) - Robin Hood: Keith is very much the chaotic good fighter protecting the innocent from the powerful bad guy in his own canon. Granted, he's more like Will Scarlet than Robin Hood, but, again, the essence will help him figure out that bow and arrow. (He's just not sure about the green...) - Cinderella: The rags to riches thing works for Keith as he goes from a scrappy orphan in trouble with everything to being the leader of a large humanitarian organization while leading another avenging rescue squad along the way. However, I have no idea how to manifest this... so I'm open to ideas. Questions: Thoughts on Cinderella and the Grinch?
